I run bespoke classes for groups or individuals from my Kitchen in Brighton, UK.
The classes run on Wednesdays between 10am and 3pm and include lunch.

You Can Purchase Vouchers for Classes to give as gifts. These can be sent to you via email or can be posted in a lovely presentation box.
I can also teach completely bespoke classes, we can spend a day making a cake for a celebration you have in mind, or if there is an area you feel you really need to master – sourdough, bread, seasonal dishes. I’m pretty flexible.
