This is a day course that runs from 10am until 2.30pm, it can be booked for 1 to 3 people.
I am very practiced at special diet cooking. We can tackle anything from vegan and vegetarian treats to recipes for a weight loss diet cooking to coeliac, low sugar baking to gluten free and paleo diets – you name it we can do it.
The course starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm, I am within walking distance of Brighton Station, and on street parking is available.
The price includes tea and coffee throughout the day, I source the finest ingredients and where possible use locally sourced produce. You will receive detailed teaching of techniques needed to create a pre-agreed menu tailored to your individual desires and needs.
I’ll give you plating advice, teach you some cheffy techniques that will elevate your food, hints, tips and generally give you everything I have! You will also get to sit down at the end of the day to enjoy some of your hard work washed down with a glass of wine!
You will also receive copies of all the recipes.
The menu is generally seasonal and can be completely bespoke depending on your likes, but we won’t use any fancy cheffy equipment – just what you might have in your kitchens at home in order to be certain that you can create this in your own home.
